History

• IRH Components has been servicing the Australian Electronics Industry for over 75 years. The Company's origins date back to the 1920's when, as JW McLellan, it imported components to meet local electronics industry demand. The Company then commenced local manufacture of resistors under license to IRC of America.
• In the 1960's the company's manufacturing operations were augmented with a range of distribution products from the world's leading manufacturer's.
• In 1984, IRH Components and Bell Instruments merged to form Bell-IRH Industries. Bell-Industries is now part of the UK listed Delta plc and continues to focus on the needs of the Australian Manufacturing Industry.
• In 1999, Bell-IRH Industries changed its name to Delta Electrical Group.
• IRH Components is now a Division of the Eaton Electric Systems Pty Ltd

Eaton-IRH has a Quality Improvement Programme in place to support our ISO9002 Accreditation.
